Damian DiPippa
CEO
As CEO, Damian leads Auria with over 30 years of experience in satellite operations, missile defense, systems engineering, and mission and intelligence solutions. Damian was previously the President of Peraton’s systems engineering sector and was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Perspecta’s Intelligence group. He was instrumental in the multi-billion-dollar sale and transition of Perspecta to Peraton. He also held multiple other senior executive roles at ManTech, Northrop Grumman, Engility, and TASC. Most recently, he served as the founding CEO of two new mid-sized companies, Arcfield and Aretum. Damian earned his aerospace engineering degree from Penn State and his master’s degree in business from Georgetown.
Damian enjoys mountain hikes with his wife, playing guitar, and serves on the UCSS Board of Directors supporting wholistic community transformation in Uganda Africa.
